Porcelain, metals and wood: Dnd’s material research becomes a project

Dnd includes in its design universe a number of special collections of handles and pull handles where fine materials meet the company’s technical precision and artistic sensibility. A journey that stems from in-depth research into materials, capable of transforming textures, surfaces and colours into narrative elements of space.

Crisalide and Dune, designed by Elena Salmistraro, celebrate the magic of nature: sinuous shapes and organic vibrations come to life through porcelain, crafted with technologies that enhance its purity, shine and creative potential.
With C-1918, designed by Achille Castiglioni and Gianfranco Cavaglià, the dialogue between steel and copper gives rise to an essential and rigorous designer object that reflects the centrality of detail in the vision of one of the most influential designers of the last century – the name of the handle is in fact a tribute to the year of Achille Castiglioni’s birth.
Havana, by Studio Hot Lab, introduces a highly intense tactile detail thanks to the leather insert on the handle, transforming the everyday repetitive gesture into a sensory experience.
Finally the Sochic L 02 handle, designed by the Dnd technical division, showcases wood essences – larch, rosewood, oak – preserving the grain and texture that make each piece unique.

In every project, Dnd renews its vocation to transform ideas into form, materials into identity, and details into value. Collection after collection, the company continues to create refined and meaningful objects that interact with spaces and enrich the experience of living.
