Character, light, attention to detail. The rooms of the flat, all distinguished in a different and very personal way, surprise at every glance.
In the heart of the city of the Romagna area, this top-floor flat finds a new personality thanks to a renovation project that focuses on the fusion of spaces and the enhancement of natural light, among materials, details and colours that distinctly characterise each room in the house.
The interior spaces of “Penthouse in Riccione” surprise at every glance by their character, different for each room and harmonious as a whole.
The heart of the house, whose layout has been transformed to facilitate functionality and fluidity, is the kitchen and living area, which can be “divided” if necessary thanks to an elegant system of sliding glass doors. From the green and almond hues that characterise this room, we move on to different shades of pink combined with the black and white of the elements in the dining room, set in a large, bright veranda.
The night zone consists of the bedroom and a bathroom, accessed via sliding panels – with transparent pleated glass – that vibrate in the light and confer lightness.
Designer ceramic tiles, attention to composition, made-to-measure terracotta elements and furnishings with original volumes are evidence of great care for detail.
The penthouse is completed by service areas, a balcony and a terrace that fully surrounds it, a source of natural light and a panoramic view.
In the interior, Zeppelin and Madeleine handles in a polished nickel finish stand out against doors in pistachio green, almond white and taupe.
Zeppelin and Madeleine, designed by Jaime Hayon and Inga Sempé respectively, are brass handles characterised on the surface by a careful “stripe” work.
