Nu’Est Casa

by Stile Progetti Associates

A creative nest where intimacy and work, materiality and digital presence intertwine in perfect balance. A fluid environment that transforms everyday life into a visual narrative, suspended between domestic comfort and contemporary scenography.

Please make yourselves at home.
Wherever you are.

Nu’Est Casa.
A place conceived to welcome millions of people every day. Within just 130 square metres.

Commissioned by a well-known influencer, it is indeed a home, yet also a refined atelier. Here, private life and visual production merge, redefining the spatial and temporal boundaries of living: the environment expands through the digital world, multiplying presences and gazes far beyond its physical limits.

Reflective surfaces and tactile textures interact with natural light, creating dynamic and recognisable interiors capable of amplifying depth and perception.

An oxymoron materialised in matter: the “liquid metal” door undoubtedly stands as a central element of the project. Its reflective surface, like a sheet of water on a rainy day, captures and distorts light and movement, generating ever-changing reflections. At the same time, the presence of wood introduces rhythm and three-dimensionality.

The dualism between gloss and matte, between geometric rigour and artisanal gesture, continues in the choice of Dnd handles. Two different models, one shared intention: translating material into gesture.
And gesture into storytelling.

Pod and Boole.
Designed respectively by Holscher Design and Odo Fioravanti.

The first takes shape from a metal rod that relinquishes its rigidity, softening into a gentle 45° curve.
The second emerges from the encounter of two kindred forms: two cylinders of cool character, now joined in a warm yet discreet embrace.

The designers

Stile Progetti Associates is an architecture and interior design studio based between Tirana and Rome. Each project is the result of meticulous research into materials, light and proportions, with the aim of creating spaces where balance and identity coexist naturally.
The studio develops contemporary environments capable of combining functionality with aesthetic sensitivity, through a constant dialogue with their context.
