Palm

design BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group

Designed to fit naturally in the palm of the hand, Palm invites touch and interaction through a language of fluid and organic shapes. The soft, welcoming lines of the lever are echoed in the rosette, transforming an everyday gesture into a sensory experience where ergonomics and design find the perfect balance.

The Palm collection, in the new ONT natural brass finish, is 100% recyclable. Dnd achieves a new milestone in terms of reducing environmental impact through continuous production innovation.

Pencil

design BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group

Pencil is a handle that distils the traditional form into its purest essence. The shank, reminiscent of the tip of a sharpened pencil creates a distinctive transition to the lever. A duality that is also present in the movement of the handle cylinder that is distinct from the static rosette. This geometric and precise design combines aesthetics and functionality.

ANT, the new natural aluminium finish, makes Pencil 100% recyclable, reducing the environmental impact throughout the life of the product; a testimony to Dnd’s continuous manufacturing innovation towards greater sustainability.

The new Dnd natural finishes

Dnd’s new ONT – Natural Brass – and ANT – Natural Aluminium – finishes combine aesthetics, sustainability and innovation. Compared to traditional treatments, the new optimised production process eliminates three processing steps, streamlining the production flow and its management. This results in energy savings of up to 90% and a significant reduction in waste. These natural finishes not only enhance the raw material with an authentic and refined look, but also emphasise the evolution of the finish over time: like a living matter ONT and ANT are transformed, acquiring unique and ever-changing shades.
Made with an increasing percentage of renewable energy, the new Dnd finishes guarantee 100% recyclable products and express a new standard of sustainability.
