Founded in Milan in 1999 by Cesare Chichi and Stefano Maestri, the firm 967arch combines activities of architectural and interior design with work on products, in a continuous exchange of influences, experimentation and contamination. The leitmotif of the ongoing research on poised, functional tailor-made projects is the narration of the identity of the client, supported by an approach in which listening and understanding of objects are the generating factors. The team composed of architects and designers has tackled projects on many different scales, with a particular focus on headquarters and offices for companies like Google, Petronas, WPP, Cisco and Ferrero. The projects of product design, for furniture and lighting, include collaborations with companies like Poltrona Frau, Davide Groppi, Dieffebi, GE Giussani, MDF Italia, Zumtobel and Las Mobili. In parallel, the studio offers consulting services for corporate image and spaces of communication, always connected with architecture, interior design and exhibit design.
